Great ambience - mostly very nice and quiet. Staff is super friendly and helpful too. Would be great if they fix the makhi problem by using some spray and the screeching chairs problem by putting some rubber on the legs.

I find they are not open to customisation of the tea as per customer's requirement. I have been here a couple of times... I always find my tea is never the way I want it but I am billed accordingly which is quite funny. Their food options are fine though.

The staff here is super cordial and accommodating. The food is high quality and delicious. Being a chai lover, this is my haven. Since I am on a diet, the staff even makes a minor adjustments in sandwiches to suit my dietary requirements. Chaayos overall is a brand that has my heart as I can customize my chai as per my preferences.

Overpriced like any other chaayos, but the success of the franchisee tells us that Indians are super inclined to pay 80 rupees for a chai if it provides a premium feel, better taste and a good meeting point with an appealing ambience. This chaayos is no different. It’s equally good like the other ones. Located at a convenient place in this portico you can always drop by to have a hot sip of tea with some bun Maskas that will leave you content and full.
